Comfortable rooms especially for one person! Staff pleasant enough. Have been using the hotel since 2011, however neither computer no staff have acknowledge this on any of my return visits.

Where shall I start rooms were very small mould on window ledge, mould on sink and in shower area, heavy limescale on taps at sink and shower head disgusting. Bed was sinking in and made loud noises when sat on the bed also the duvet smelled of urine and pillows smelled of sweat this hotel had a cleaning issue looks like there was no cleaning staff there at all, carpet in all hallways are ripped and lumpy this hotel is no way a 4 star it is -1 star please do not stay in this hotel only if your desperate. Too much noise and no privacy at the window area and hair dryer is out dated works for 20 seconds. There is only one small tiny lift that takes ages to come down and go up max 3 people allowed and car parking is £15.00 at least 4 star hotel should have a valet or someone to open doors for you well this hotel had only one person working in there. Just because it had a gym and spa they think they can call them selves 4 star they have disgraced 4 star level they disgraced the name of the hotel the continental my foot should be called the hut because thats what it felt like I stayed in a hut in the woods.

The rooms are bit of a joke. Everything is tired: carpets, walls, bathroom, tv and aircon. First impression is good but misleading.

very poor room, barely can move, pretty much 1 bed and no room for anything else. Shower OK. Got a room, which didnt even exist on the signs on the walls...probably was a storage room or something....Dirt everywhere...

So the attraction downstairs is great. Looks nice, good bar, however, when you go upstairs, this is all just a joke. The carpet looks like it has come out of a battered old pub, the stair edges are falling off, the hallways are dark, with little decor on the hall walls. The light didnt work outside my room, so initially getting in was quite hard. Then the room itself was quite average - even after being upgraded to executive for no apparent reason. The view - of other people working in the offices, quite disturbing with little privacy.. Then came 6:30. Music blaring underneath my feet from the gym. Gangnam style and others literally felt like it was being played next door, on a very expensive sound system. Dont know how i will get to sleep tonight. Definately not worth 70 quid/ 150 dollars aud. More like 40 dollars.
