Absolutely excellent. Good easy location to find with good car parking, excellent reception staff, excellent room and an overall very pleasant stay for the family. We will use Double Tree again.

I enjoyed a good and full breakfest few years ago at the Ramada London Heathrow. Similar adress. Same hotel, I assume?

I have stayed here several times. They give you a cookie when you check in. They have free WiFi, but the speed and reliability should be better (it has been intermittent in all rooms and floors that I have stayed in). The restaurant (or room service) food is generally very good (just 2 below average meals). restaurant service is always slow, even when they are not busy. One bed had a very firm mattress. The heating system isn't very good (in any room - last night I set it to 24C, but the room remained cold). The rooms are basic, but nice, also very quiet. I wish there was more of a desk in front of the (large) TV, so I could use it as a second monitor for my laptop - as it is, I can't work in front of it (this sounds like I'm being picky, but it would be genuinely useful). Get Hilton Honors points!

Stayed here for a training I did in the outskirts of London at a Regus that wasn't too far away. A short bus ride to the nearest Underground station and a 20 minute ride into Knightsbridge really isn't that bad. The hotel itself looks like an old manor from the outside but is throughly "Hilton-ized" on the inside :) Very nice staff. The restaurant is a little "meh" but thats the UK for you :)
