Really nice food, modern and very tasty. Have been several times and never had anything but the best. Really enjoyable. Edit: Last time I ate here the food seemed just average, if not a little dull. The menu was not as exciting as previous time I ate here and i was disappointed. Hope it gets better but won't be back for a while.
Just been for an evening meal. Very tasty food, the set menu gives good variety, plenty of flavour and excellent value. I will definitely return next time I'm in Edinburgh
A sister restaurant of The Outsider (and my personal favourite) this is one of my favourite places to go for special occasions. Food is always fresh. Service is lovely and staff are great a recommending dishes which is very helpful.
At the Apartment for our 5th wedding anniversary. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful and it was a very nice dining experence. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and it was buzzing with diners and food was delivered promptly and beautifully presented, especially Dessert! Will definitely go again.
What can I say? I luuuuurv The Apartment. The staff are effortlessly hip and friendly (and cute), and the decor is unself-consciously stylish. Skewers of fabulous flavoured lamb, garlicky fries, big pittas full of beetroot salad and inexpensive succulent red wine, It's a super-cool experience a la Superfine in New York. Double yum. I think it's super value too. It's also the ideal venue for a quick bite to eat before hitting Edinburgh's classic hipster independent art house cinema The Cameo - which also has a great wee bar - or the more traditional Kings Theatre.
