An very good hotel in an excellent location - close to everything. Hotel staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent. Only criticism was that the laundry services were very expensive.

Small room with no AC. A lot of steps so you should probably avoid if you have mobility problems. Room would be too small for two people and there is only one chair which won't fit by the desk. Breakfast was poor and very overcrowded. WiFi is very slow even after the expensive upgrade.

Very inconvenient place. We had a car and 5 month old kid. This hotel has only 13 parking for 161 rooms. Room arrangements are not handicap friendly. We lifted stroller to room. It has lot of steps in front and steps in each floor from elevator. Finding parking around hotel is very expensive. I will avoid this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights 8 - 10 January 2012. All the staff we came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful - even greeted us as we came in. Room was clean and tidy. 2 small quibbles - we were two people - mother and daughter - using a twin bed room (I have noted thiis before in Holiday Inn Express) and the room had two beds but only 1 chair also 1 small bedside table in the middle with the telephone on it so almost no room for anything else. 2 chairs and 2 small tables - or the phone placed elsewhere and a larger would have been much better, Also difficult to hang up 2 bath towels to dry. Good location and we asked for and got a quiet room. Breakfast is fairly basic but plenty of it and a choice including hot sausages, scambled egg and baked beans as well as the standard continental breakfast with fruit, cheese, yogourts and toast.

Double room was actually 2 singles of different mattress heights pushed together, this wasn't noted when booking. Otherwise staff generally pleasant
